Nerd Night on Wednesday, November 6th:
Feast Science
Plant-based holiday food | BYOB | Holiday Food Science
After a full holiday meal, have you found yourself wondering about the food you gobbled down? We spend hours preparing special dishes for our loved ones during the holidays, but know little about where the food comes from or it’s nutrition. Have you toyed with the idea of doing a completely plant-based holiday feast? Join our next Nerd Night to dive into the science behind holiday meals. Following an evening stroll through the community garden, we’ll come inside for a plant-based holiday feast and Nerd Night speaker program. Dinner and non-alcoholic drinks will be available, but feel free to bring your own libations.
