Insights Mad Scientist Birthday Party Packages are designed to offer hands-on learning STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Math) activities, demonstrations and crafts for your next birthday party. Activities are best suited for children ages 5-14.

STEM Birthday Party Packages

Each birthday party package will offer 2-10 different activities depending upon the length of the party, age of children, and number of staff members requested to facilitate the party.

ELEctric art

DIY circuit birthday card crafts, circuitry demonstrations, paintable circuit art, Snap Circuit challenges, and banana piano conductivity activities

Chemistry Crafts 

Natural dye making and crafts, crazy chemistry demonstrations, chemistry activity stations, and delicious food chemistry

space explorers

Rocket design and launch workshops, nebula spin art, nighttime stargazing parties, edible constellations, and space station activity rotations

Robotic races

Build your own wiggle bot, design a robot race course, robot races, robotics demonstrations, robotics coding introduction, and drone activities

How do I book a Mad Scientist Birthday Party?

  1. Fill out the request form below. We usually need at least 2-3 weeks notice to process party details before the event.

  2. Our staff will follow up with you to confirm party details and discuss the event.

  3. We’ll send you a custom invoice for the event that can be paid online via credit card.

  4. Payment is due at least 1 week before the schedule date.

  5. Our educational staff will confirm payment and logistics at least 3 days before the event.

How much do Mad Scientist Birthday Parties Cost?

​Mad Scientist Birthday Party pricing starts at $291 for parties for a 2-hour party with fewer than 15 children. To keep costs low, we will build a custom quote for each party reflecting the party size, a number of different activities, location, and length of the program. what to expect at the party

Insights experienced educational staff will arrive 30-60 minutes before the start of the party to set up activities. All staff members will be wearing Mad Scientists Birthday Party lab coats. We will bring lab coats and goggles for participants (up to 20 individual sets), all materials for STEAM activities, and a special STEAM Birthday photo backdrop. Insights staff will provide demonstrations, lead activities, distribute materials, and answer questions.

Please ensure that at least 1 parent or guardian per 10 children is present during the party to provide supervision. Insights staff will provide fun learning experiences during the party, but will not provide childcare.
