Sun Country Regional Science & Engineering Fair
The INSIGHTS Sun Country Regional Science and Engineering Fair (SCRSEF) is an academic competition for secondary students based in science and engineering research from the El Paso and Hudspeth County areas.
We work with schools and other participants from public, parochial, and charter schools from this region.
Students in the El Paso area represent a rich heritage and have demonstrated an more focused interest in S.T.E.A.M. inquiry and Professions, especially in the last 5 years. We need to provide them with a diversity of outlets and opportunities in this area.​
INISIGHTS Science Discovery, El Paso’s leading STEAM education non-profit, is the proud host of a new and engaging Science and Engineering Fair experience. Enhancements include scholarships, swag giveaways, cash prizes, and fully-funded travel and support to the International Science and Engineering Fair (ISEF) competition.

INSIGHTS is alloted 3 projects from our Regional Fair to this exclusive, high stakes, international fair. We send our top 3 winners in the Engineering, Life and Physical Sciences.
